Senior Sales Representative
Role overview
The Senior Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our client portfolio, and positioning MiniVerse as the preferred partner for scale models and 3D printing solutions across real estate, architecture, government entities, creative agencies, and branded merchandising.
Key responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities with developers, architects, government entities, agencies, and corporates in need of physical models and 3D printed solutions.
Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts through regular meetings, upselling, and cross-selling additional services such as visual merchandising pieces, prototypes, and batch production.
Lead end-to-end sales cycles: qualify leads, understand technical requirements, coordinate with design/production teams, prepare proposals and quotations, and negotiate contracts.
Translate client briefs into clear internal job orders, ensuring technical feasibility, timelines, and budgets are aligned with production capabilities.
Represent MiniVerse at events, exhibitions, and client presentations with compelling demonstrations of our models and 3D printing portfolio.
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and activity reports using CRM tools, and provide regular feedback on market trends and competitor activities.
Required qualifications
7+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in architectural models, 3D printing, signage, exhibition stands, interior designing or related creative industries.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing complex, consultative sales cycles.
Strong understanding of design/production processes for scale models, prototyping, or fabrication, with the ability to discuss technical requirements confidently with clients and internal teams.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English.
