Senior Sales Officer

" with the qualification and job description below to work in our international group's Dubai location

- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty.

- Research the market to find potential clients and reach out via phone, email, or direct contact.

- Promote and sell company services by understanding and meeting customer needs.

- Grow the customer base by identifying and onboarding new clients.

- Enter orders accurately into the CRM system, ensuring all details are complete.

- Visit clients regularly to maintain relationships, offer support, and explore new business opportunities.

- Guide clients through the sales process, making sure all required documents and test reports are collected and submitted.

- Negotiate prices and terms, and send invoices on time.

- Work closely with internal teams (operations, finance) to ensure smooth service delivery.

- Ensure timely and correct payment collection according to company policies.

- Resolve customer issues quickly to maintain high satisfaction.

- Identify new business opportunities to support company growth.

- Attend industry events like trade shows and conferences to meet new clients and boost sales.

Qualifications and experiences

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

- Experienced in sales

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

- Valid UAE driving license

- Highly skilled in communication with strong interpersonal abilities

- Willingness to travel frequently within the region.

- Strong understanding of the local market and cultural nuances.

- Energetic and self-motivated personality with a proactive approach to challenges

- Advanced level of English.

- Residency in UAE
