TeleTech is a leading telecommunication and technology company established in 2003 in Egypt, specializing in the fields of telecommunications services, electromechanical, light current and AI systems. Over the last 20 years, the company has delivered various mega projects in Egypt and North Africa and now is expanding its operations in the UAE. We are currently hiring for an energetic Senior Sales Engineer for our new company in Dubai. The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies and tactics that maximize the company\xe2\x80\x99s success opportunities with major customers. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: \xc2\xb7 Building a network of customer executive relationships and conducting customer negotiations. \xc2\xb7 Opportunistically pursuing additional business development opportunities within customer firms. \xc2\xb7 Identifying new potential clients and territory to expand sales and market share successfully. \xc2\xb7 Managing relationships with existing customers and developing opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling. \xc2\xb7 Managing sales pipeline, forecasting monthly sales and identifying new business opportunities. \xc2\xb7 Fostering growth by tapping into new markets, expanding footprint with existing customers, creating a performance and result-oriented culture. \xc2\xb7 Conducting highly effective presentations to executives. \xc2\xb7 Proactively scoping the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assessing customers met and unmet needs, and recommending solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the firm. \xc2\xb7 Actively generating leads through various channels, such as cold calling, networking events, and online platforms. \xc2\xb7 Building and nurturing client relationships by conducting regular client meetings and providing ongoing support throughout the project lifecycle. \xc2\xb7 Conducting market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive offerings, and potential areas for expansion. \xc2\xb7 Developing comprehensive and compelling sales proposals and project plans that effectively communicate the value of the company\'s IT solutions. \xc2\xb7 Collaborating with internal teams, including engineering, project management, and procurement, to ensure smooth project execution and seamless delivery of IT solutions. Qualifications: \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in computer engineering, computer science, information systems or any related field. \xc2\xb7 8+ years of work experience as a sales engineer with a proven track record of success. \xc2\xb7 Solid technical background with a strong understanding and hands-on experience in telecommunications and networking services. \xc2\xb7 Extensive international market experience, particularly in Dubai, demonstrating a deep understanding of the local business landscape, cultural nuances, and a successful track record in driving business development and sales in the IT services sector. \xc2\xb7 Strong industry-specific experience in IT services, with a deep understanding of IT networks, light current systems, and related technologies. \xc2\xb7 Proven track record of driving business development and sales, consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets, and winning new clients in the IT services sector. \xc2\xb7 Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner, adapting communication style to various stakeholders. \xc2\xb7 Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills, allowing for effective communication and building strong client relationships. \xc2\xb7 Strong verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.
