Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our real estate company in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals, driving sales performance, and developing strategies to increase revenue. The Senior Sales Manager will also be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with clients and ensuring exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Manage and lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure team members meet their individual targets
- Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to develop marketing materials and campaigns that support sales initiatives
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the real estate market in Dubai and the wider UAE
- Continuously develop and enhance knowledge of the company\'s products and services
- At least 2 years of experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with experience managing a team of sales professionals
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop effective sales strategies based on market trends, competition, and customer needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of the real estate market in Dubai and the wider UAE
- Fluent in English
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
