Develop and Execute Sales Strategies across various Distribution Channels and Geographies to meet Business Objectives set by the CEO.
Develop Strategic tie-ups with Distributors, Wholesalers, Retailers, B2B Customers and Institutional Suppliers that build long term profitable business relationships.
Develop and execute various marketing programs to engage with consumers and B2B customers to increase demand and increase customer usage. Sales
Meet Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Sales and Profitability Targets for the company
Ensure Collections against the Sales made within the expected time frame
Exponentially grow sales and market coverage for the company\xe2\x80\x99s products
Develop and Lead sales team that delivers the desired results, consistently and with minimum employee turnover Reporting and General
Maintains and shares Information related to Sales and Business Development.
Represents Brand and the Company to the customers with high respect and standards.
Maintains cordial relationship with employees, colleagues and business associates.

Skills and Qualifications:

Master of Business Administration.
Possess experience in 3M branding or in FMCG.
Strong Academic Record.
Extremely strong with numbers.
Strong Knowledge of UAE and preferably at least one more market in GCC.
Has an established strong relationship with distributors, retailers and institutions in UAE s.a. Carrefour, Lulu, Ace Hardware, Landmark group, etc.
Pleasing personality with Optimistic outlook, high energy and enthusiasm.
Ambitious and has a track record of exceeding the sales targets.
Must have a valid UAE driving license and a car.
