Position Summary:
Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our Kraft Bag Division in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
- Negotiate terms and conditions of sales contracts with customers
- Prepare and present sales presentations and proposals to customers
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve customer complaints
- Provide technical support and advice to customers
- Monitor and report on sales performance and progress
- Prepare and submit sales reports
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the product range
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and developments
- Participate in trade shows and other promotional activities
- Remain informed of new products and services
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Bachelor\'s degree
- 5+ years\' experience in sales, preferably in the Kraft Bag Division
- Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Valid UAE driver\'s license
