Our Client is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Sales Executive to join the paper-cups division in Sharjah, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.
The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow sales and increase market share in the paper-cups division. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the market and the ability to build relationships with customers to drive sales.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales plans to achieve business objectives.
Conduct market research and identify new opportunities and target markets.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
Negotiate and close sales deals.
Monitor sales performance and develop strategies to improve results.
Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
Manage and coordinate sales activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
5+ years of sales experience in a similar role.
Strong understanding of the paper-cups market.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
