Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage a portfolio of B2B clients

Build and maintain long-term relationships with Arabic-speaking clients
Lead sales negotiations and successfully close deals
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets
Support and guide junior sales team members when required
Track market trends and competitor activities
Prepare sales reports and performance updates for management
Requirements:
Minimum
2-4 years of experience
in sales
Fluent Arabic (spoken & written) - mandatory
Valid
UAE driving license - mandatory
Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to work independently and manage key accounts
Preferred Candidate Profile:
