Overview:

The Senior Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in expanding our brand presence , enhancing client relationships, and exceeding sales targets by driving food service sales across premium hotels, pubs, airlines and restaurants.
Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Execution

Lead the sales efforts within the hospitality sector, including high-end hotels, pubs, and restaurants, by developing and executing targeted sales strategies. Establish and exceed sales targets for growth, focusing on expanding market share and brand visibility. Identify new opportunities within the market, pitching innovative solutions and products to clients.

Relationship Management and Client Engagement

Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with F&B managers and senior decision-makers across target clients. Act as the brand ambassador, hosting product presentations, tastings, and educational sessions to showcase premium offerings. Ensure ongoing client satisfaction through exceptional service, responsiveness, and proactive communication.

Market Insight and Analysis

Stay informed of trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer needs within the food service industry to refine sales strategies. Gather and analyze market insights to provide recommendations on product development, packaging improvements, and service enhancements.

Customer Service Excellence

Work closely with operations and logistics teams to ensure prompt, accurate order fulfillment. Act as the primary contact for client inquiries, managing and resolving issues to build loyalty and trust. Solicit client feedback to continuously improve service and product quality.

Sales Reporting and Forecasting

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and forecasts. Prepare detailed sales reports and performance analysis for review by the Sales Manager. Identify potential growth areas and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.



Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field. * 3+ years of experience in a senior sales role within the food service industry, with a proven track record in selling to hotels, pubs, and restaurants.
