About the Role:
Al Mulla Industries is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales, building strong client relationships, and achieving growth within the tissue industry or FMCG sector.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and expand market share.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key clients.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the UAE and GCC region.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts.
• Collaborate with production, logistics, and management teams to ensure efficient customer service.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7+ years of proven sales experience in the tissue industry or FMCG sector.
• Strong market knowledge and established network in the UAE/GCC.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets under pressure.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.
