As a Senior Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success, focusing on Air Freight and LCL. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets. - Cultivate and manage relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention. - Identify new business opportunities and market trends. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery. - Provide insights and feedback to contribute to continuous improvement.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive in the freight forwarding industry. - Customers can be from general cargo (or really any industry that doesn\xe2\x80\x99t need special licenses) - Specialization in Air Freight and LCL is a must. - Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets. - Strong negotiation and communication skills. - Dynamic and results-oriented mindset.
