Senior Sales Executive

Job Description

  • Plan, allocate and monitor own sales strategies, targets, budgets, and sales performance so that profitability, growth and revenue targets are met or exceeded.
  • Good financial understanding and ability to apply comprehensive pricing in conjunction with pricing.
  • Develop customer relationships to enhance profit levels and penetration of services.
  • Build cross business support to help drive and develop profitable sales strategies that enhance our customer offering, good understanding of the commercial viability and revenue streams.
  • Market awareness and understanding of the challenges of customers and competitors.
  • Bring products to market that add value to our customers, increasing our brand presence and overall financial viability.
  • Work closed with accounts and collections team to ensure debts are minimized.
Qualifications
  • University/ Bachelor/Masters degree required
  • Background in vehicle rental and leasing would be desirable
  • Strong English communication skills; reading, writing and speaking
  • Strong Sales background, ideally coming from a blue-chip organisation
  • Delegation / Motivational skills/Team player
  • Valid UAE Driver\xe2\x80\x99s License
