Plan, allocate and monitor own sales strategies, targets, budgets, and sales performance so that profitability, growth and revenue targets are met or exceeded.
Good financial understanding and ability to apply comprehensive pricing in conjunction with pricing.
Develop customer relationships to enhance profit levels and penetration of services.
Build cross business support to help drive and develop profitable sales strategies that enhance our customer offering, good understanding of the commercial viability and revenue streams.
Market awareness and understanding of the challenges of customers and competitors.
Bring products to market that add value to our customers, increasing our brand presence and overall financial viability.
Work closed with accounts and collections team to ensure debts are minimized.
Qualifications
University/ Bachelor/Masters degree required
Background in vehicle rental and leasing would be desirable
Strong English communication skills; reading, writing and speaking
Strong Sales background, ideally coming from a blue-chip organisation
