Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the building materials sector through market research, networking, and cold calling.
Target potential customers, including contractors, architects, builders, and hospitality sectors.
Conduct market research to identify potential customers, trends, and opportunities, and develop and implement effective sales strategies to enter the new markets.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, and client interactions, and prepare regular sales reports for management.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in business.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in outdoor sales, preferably in building materials.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Knowledge of the local market and industry trends is an advantage.
High level of self-motivation, and a results-oriented mindset.
Valid UAE driving license.
