As a Car Senior Sales Executive, you will play an important role in leading & motivating our sales team to achieve outstanding results. Your leadership approach, excellent communication skills, and passion for driving sales will contribute to the overall success of our dealership.
Responsibilities:
Team Management:
Lead, inspire & motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
Conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance & goals.
Provide guidance & support to team members
Performance Tracking:
Implement performance metrics and KPIs to monitor individual and team performance.
Provide regular feedback to team members & conduct performance reviews.
Customer Engagement:
Interact with customers professionally, understanding their automotive preferences and needs.
Product Knowledge:
Stay updated on the latest car models, features, and industry trends to effectively communicate information to customers.
Multilingual Support:
Utilize your language skills to assist customers proficient in Arabic, English, French, Russian, Swahili, and Urdu, creating a welcoming and inclusive environment.
Requirements:
Proven sales experience in the export automotive industry (
MUST
).
Fluency in English (
MUST
); proficiency in other languages is an (Arabic, French, Russian, Swahili, Urdu).
Strong leadership & people management skills
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
Results-oriented with a focus on achieving & exceeding sales targets.
Knowledge of automotive products & industry trends.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Male candidates with an average age between 25-35.
UAE or GCC experience is (Must).
