We are seeking an experienced

Senior Sales Engineer

to drive business development and project sales within the

Civil Infrastructure

industry in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve and exceed assigned

sales and profit targets

within the target period. Lead

business development

efforts by tracking key market requirements, projects, and tenders across Abu Dhabi. Manage

pre-qualification procedures

with end users and EPC contractors. Identify new

products, vendors, and opportunities

to enhance the company's portfolio and project package offerings. Conduct

technical presentations and product demonstrations

to clients. Ensure

compliance

with all relevant standards and client requirements. Participate in

sales meetings, conferences, and client training sessions

to support business activity. Conduct ongoing

market intelligence

on competitors, project opportunities, and industry trends. Prepare regular reports on

sales performance

and market developments. Manage the complete

sales cycle

-- from lead generation to order execution and receivables follow-up Minimum

5-8 years of frontline sales experience

in Infrastructure projects within Abu Dhabi. Proven track record in achieving

sales growth and profitability targets.

Road Safety Products Storm Water Systems Geo-synthetics Manhole Covers Strong network with

end users, consultants, and contractors

in the Abu Dhabi infrastructure space.

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
