Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities for steel structure and PEB projects, especially in the warehouse and logistics sectors.
Engage with consultants, contractors, and developers to promote the company's products and services.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to clients and prospective customers.
Understand project specifications, drawings, and requirements to offer tailored solutions.
Coordinate with the design and engineering teams for proposal development and tender submissions.
Negotiate and close deals ensuring commercial and technical requirements are met.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years
of total experience in sales or technical roles within the
steel structures and PEB industry
.
Minimum 8 years
of hands-on experience in selling
steel structures or warehouse buildings
in the UAE/GCC.
Arabic speaking
is mandatory.
Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (or related field).
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing large-scale B2B sales.
Strong network within the Abu Dhabi market is a plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
UAE driving license preferred.

AED 10,000/month
(inclusive of all benefits).
Performance-based incentives may be considered for high performers.
