Looking for a Sales Director - Real Estate
The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team/ motivating and developing a Sales team. They will be responsible for maintaining the standard of work from employees as well as assisting in their growth within the company.

Responsibilities:
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the secondary sales team.
- Motivating and inspiring team in positive manner.
- Design and implement strategies that expand company\xe2\x80\x99s customer base and ensure it\xe2\x80\x99s strong presence.
- Objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the General Manager.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- At least 3 years Real Estate experience.
- Successful previous experience as a sales director, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Bilingual- English, Russian, French, Ukrainian applicants would be preferred
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
