We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Consultant to join our team and drive our presence in the luxury market.
Position Summary
The Senior Sales Consultant will be a key player in our sales team, responsible for providing expert guidance and tailored solutions to interior designers, architects, and direct high-net-worth clients. This role goes beyond traditional sales; it requires a deep understanding of design, materials, and project specifications to act as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities

  • Consultative Sales & Client Management:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for interior designers, architects, and clients, understanding their vision and project requirements.
  • Provide expert advice on product selection, considering aesthetics, functionality, technical specifications, and budget.
  • Develop and present tailored solutions and proposals that meet and exceed client expectations.
  • Project Support & Technical Expertise:
  • Read, interpret, and analyze architectural drawings, plans, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) to provide accurate product take-offs and recommendations.
  • Demonstrate a strong technical understanding of materials, including installation methods, performance characteristics, and maintenance requirements.
  • Provide support from the initial concept stage through to project completion and follow-up.
  • Business Development:
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the architecture and design (A&D) community and among potential clients.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of projects to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
  • Relationship Building:
  • Cultivate and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with key accounts and new contacts.
  • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction to foster repeat business and referrals.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Essential:
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in sales, specifically within the tile, natural stone, surface materials, or luxury interior products sector.
  • Strong existing network of contacts with interior designers, architects, and developers in the UAE market is highly advantageous.
  • Demonstrable ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and BOQs.
  • In-depth knowledge of materials, finishes, and their technical applications in high-specification projects.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • A results-driven attitude with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Preferred:
  • A degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and structured sales processes.
  • Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
