Senior Sales Associate (Shoe Artist)
Contribute to meeting or exceeding store sales and profit targets by:

• Passionately inspiring consumer loyalty to the brand
• Diligently executing store operations, with a special focus on selected functional areas Providing support and feedback to Retail Professionals

Key Responsibilities:

• Be aware of store sales and KPI targets, as well as individual performance targets, take ownership over them and effectively use all available store resources to meet or exceed them
• Be a role model for customer service and meeting or exceeding customers' expectations
• Be a Brand Ambassador, consistently exhibiting the Brand Attitude and Values
• Adhere to all established policies and procedures
• Make yourself available to support other team members when needed

• Design and hand-painting custom artwork on shoes, including sneakers, boots, and dress shoes.
• Consult with clients to understand their design preferences, themes, and desired outcomes.
• Prepare and prime footwear surfaces to ensure durability and adherence of paints or other materials.
• Use various artistic tools (paint, airbrush, markers, embroidery, fabric) to apply unique designs.
• Stay up to date with fashion trends, sneaker culture, and popular design techniques.
• Collaborate with own creatives, brands, or influencers on custom design projects.
• Maintain a portfolio of work and document the creative process for marketing and promotional use.
• Manage timelines, orders, and customer expectations effectively.
• Seek coaching and learning opportunities to continually improve your performance

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in shoe art, customization, or footwear design (portfolio required).
• Skilled in a range of artistic techniques (painting, sewing, sculpting, etc.).
• Familiarity with footwear construction and materials.
• Comfortable working in a hands-on, experimental environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creative expression.
• Experience with digital fabrication tools (e.g., laser cutter, vinyl cutter, 3D printer) is a plus.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively in a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Skills:

• Background in fashion, industrial design, fine arts, or a related field.
• Knowledge of sustainability practices in design and fabrication.
• Experience leading or assisting in creative workshops or public demos.
