Key Responsibilities:
Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities
Manage and maintain relationships with high-value clients
Handle the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Prepare sales reports and pipeline updates
Mentor and support junior sales agents
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in sales or a senior sales role
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Ability to work independently and perform under pressure
Excellent customer service and relationship management
Proficient in CRM systems and MS Office
UAE market experience is an advantage
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
