Key Responsibilities:
Handle sales, leasing, and property investment transactions for residential and commercial properties.
Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
Advise clients on market conditions, property values, and investment opportunities.
Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals successfully.
Prepare and review real estate documents, contracts, and agreements.
Maintain a strong understanding of current market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies.
Build and sustain long-term relationships with clients, developers, and investors.
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.
Mentor and support junior agents by sharing knowledge, strategies, and best practices.
Represent the company professionally at industry events and networking opportunities.
Requirements:
Previous
experience
as a Real Estate Agent (sales & leasing).
Strong portfolio of closed deals and proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market, laws, and regulations.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven personality.
Ability to lead, guide, and mentor junior agents.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
