Job Positions: Senior Roller (Steel Co.)
Job Location: Abu Dhabi
Requirements & Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a steel manufacturing environment.
Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
Experience in Steel manufacturing Company is Mandatory
Strong understanding of rolling mill operations and equipment.
Proven leadership skills and ability to lead a team effectively.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Familiarity with compliance and risk management
Troubleshoot operational issues and perform basic repairs as needed.
Comply with all safety regulations and guidelines to promote a safe work environment.
Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project progress.
