ABOUT THE FUNCTION
To manage and coordinate the strategic and operational objectives for their hotel, ensuring they are achieved and/or surpassed within the agreed timescales, whilst also ensuring the successful delivery and continuous improvement of day-to-day operations in their hotel, including monitoring of brand standards, overall guest experience, and all policies and procedures.
The role holder will be responsible for the commercial success of the business, supporting and challenging the revenue and sales teams to reach room targets, driving the food and beverage financial success and productivity, managing leasing and ROI revenues as well as working with the marketing function to ensure successful and positive marketing campaigns and PR for the hotel.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
Minimum 10 years of hospitality operations experience in similar or managerial roles
Strong comprehension of hospitality and accounting systems
Advanced knowledge in finance and cost control, to ensure the protection of business assets
The minimum qualification required is a degree preferably in hotel management.
