Project: This is an opportunity to work within a PMO team on a complex masterplan program in Dubai. The development will hold residential, hotels, retail, and commercial units.

Experience working in the United Arab Emirates is essential for client approval.

Your responsibilities will include:

Reporting on small to medium-sized projects, or as part of a team within a small project.

Mentoring and managing more junior members of staff to deliver specific requirements for the client.

Recommending continual improvements and potential future developments to clients where appropriate and supporting recommendations with expert knowledge and experience.

Identifying potential business development opportunities within own client areas and making project control directors and above aware of these prospects.

Managing managers where required by the scale of the project.

Persuading and influencing colleagues.

Influencing clients to accept proposals and recommendations.

Satisfying customer requirements.

Tackling problems that do not have an obvious solution.

Selling the business and winning work.

Creating and delivering persuasive presentations to large audiences.

About you

You have a relevant degree qualification; you will take personal development seriously and be chartered or pursuing a similar level of professional qualification.

You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships, and lead strong, motivated teams. You will have a construction or project management background and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace has to offer.
