Review transactions setup for revenue recognition and billing in NetSuite;
Support M&A activities for revenue related areas including integration;
Manage billing and all customer related tasks and inquiries;
Responsible for SSP analysis and revenue recognition memos;
Review sales arrangements to ensure proper revenue recognition in accordance with company policy and accounting standards;
Manage revenue and deferred revenue analysis;
Manage quarterly review and annual audit elated to revenue and billing;
Manage Sarbanes-Oxley documentation and participate in SOX testing as needed;
Assist with all revenue related areas of SEC reporting;
Support FP&A by providing revenue/billing analysis and reports as needed;
Participate in special projects and initiatives as required;
This position will manage revenue/billing operation with 2-3 direct reports;
Manage revenue allocation for multi-element arrangements;
Manage month-end close activities and account reconciliations.
