Job Description
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or relevant field.
15+ years of experience in construction supervision with UAE consulting firms.
Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards, regulations, and authority procedures.
Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Proven track record of managing large-scale hotel or hospitality projects.
Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, site management) are advantageous.
