The role involves conducting

Key Responsibilities
Perform
reservoir simulation studies
to support field development and reservoir management strategies.
Conduct
material balance calculations

decline curve analysis
, and
production forecasting
to evaluate well and field performance.
Develop and maintain
dynamic reservoir models
to support production optimization and reserves estimation.
Integrate data and collaborate closely with
geoscience, drilling, and production teams
to deliver comprehensive field development solutions.
Support
history matching
,
sensitivity analysis
, and
uncertainty assessments
in reservoir simulations.
Provide technical input for
reservoir surveillance plans
and
production optimization workflows
.
Contribute to
reserves estimation
and documentation in alignment with industry standards and regulatory guidelines.
Troubleshoot and support the use of
RE & PE applications
to ensure efficient, accurate, and reliable model outputs.
Participate in
technical reviews

peer assists

project planning discussions
to ensure data quality and modeling consistency.
Mentor junior engineers and share best practices in simulation and reservoir engineering workflows.
Required Qualifications / Experience / Skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in
Petroleum Engineering
,
Chemical Engineering
, or a related discipline.
Minimum 10+ years of professional experience
in reservoir engineering or related upstream roles.
Proven hands-on experience with
reservoir simulation tools
(e.g., Eclipse, CMG, tNavigator, or similar).
Expertise in
material balance
,
decline curve analysis
, and
production forecasting
.
Strong understanding of
reservoir engineering principles
,
fluid flow in porous media
, and
PVT analysis
.
Experience in
