Senior Reservoir Engineer

to join our multidisciplinary team of experts.

Position Summary:

The ideal candidate will have

15+ years of reservoir engineering experience

, with a strong background in reservoir simulation, field development planning, and production optimization. The role requires both technical depth and leadership, with opportunities to influence key upstream strategies in major oil and gas fields.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive reservoir studies, including static and dynamic modelling. Design and implement field development plans for oil and gas reservoirs. Evaluate well performance and recommend strategies to optimize production. Collaborate with geoscientists, drilling engineers, and production teams to integrate reservoir data. Monitor reservoir performance and lead reserves estimation and reporting. Advise on Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR) techniques and reservoir management strategies. Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership within the team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field. Minimum 15 years of experience in reservoir engineering, with a proven track record in field development and reservoir simulation. Proficiency in reservoir simulation software (e.g., Eclipse, CMG, Petrel RE). Strong analytical, presentation, and problem-solving skills. Prior experience working in the Middle East is an advantage. Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.

What We Offer:

Salary will be SAR 15,000.00 - 20,000.00

Notes:

The contract will be for a period of one year and may be renewed annually based on the work schedule. The terms for the first year will remain fixed. The salary will be the full-scale package and on monthly basis.
