Key Responsibilities

  • Support internal and external service delivery in line with reservations KPI objectives
  • Work closely with Sales, Revenue, and Hotel Operations to maximize revenue and reduce inefficiencies
  • Supervise daily, weekly, and monthly reservation tasks including audits, compliance checks, finance coordination, visa processing, and group bookings
  • Identify and escalate risks related to revenue, finance, and guest satisfaction to senior management
  • Manage guest complaints by coordinating with relevant departments to ensure timely resolution
  • Maintain updated knowledge of property offerings, room categories, new rates, and sales strategies
  • Ensure accurate documentation and reservation records
  • Support operational communication between teams to improve workflow and guest experience
  • Deliver consistent service quality aligned with luxury hospitality standards
  • Complete additional reservation-related tasks as assigned
Ideal Profile
  • Degree in hotel management from a recognized institution
  • Strong knowledge of PMS systems
  • 5-8 years of experience as a Reservations Manager or similar hospitality role
  • Experience in luxury hotel operations preferred
  • UAE National with a Family Book if required by government guidelines
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments
  • Professional, detail-oriented, and committed to service excellence
