Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Reservations Executive to manage and optimize online property listings across major booking platforms. The ideal candidate will handle reservations through a Property Management System (PMS), coordinate directly with guests, and work closely with the operations team to ensure a smooth guest experience and maximize occupancy and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain property listings on online platforms such as

Airbnb

,

Booking.com

, and similar channels

Operate and update the

Property Management System (PMS)

for reservations, reporting, and availability

Perform price optimization based on demand, seasonality, and market trends

Coordinate directly with guests before, during, and after their stay to ensure excellent customer service

Communicate guest details, special requests, and stay information to the operations

Monitor and manage cancellations, extensions, modifications, and special requests

Ensure listing accuracy, calendar synchronization, and compliance with company standards

Generate basic performance and occupancy reports when required

Requirements

Previous experience in, Reservations and property management is preferred

Hands-on experience with Airbnb, Booking.com, and PMS systems

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to multitask and manage multiple listings efficiently

Knowledge of pricing strategies and revenue optimization is a plus

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
