Job Description
We are currently seeking a Senior Relationship Officer to join our Personal Loan (Salary Transfer Loan / Non Salary Transfer Loan) division. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers
- Understand customer needs and provide solutions through appropriate financial products ( STL & NSTL)
- Meet with customers to discuss their financial needs and provide guidance on products
- Gather and analyze financial information and documentation from customers
- Maintain and update customer files
- Meet with customers and conduct follow-up on account and service requests
- Continuously monitor and assess customer relationships and take action as necessary
- Experience in loan processing and banking industry is preferred (preferably UAE)
- Prior UAE experience in personal loans are mandatory
- Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor\'s degree
- relationship building: 1 year (Required)
- Banking: 1 year (Required)
