SENIOR RELATIONSHIP OFFICER (PERSONAL LOAN) #Surani Group is looking for a Senior Relationship Officer for a reputed bank in UAE. JOB DESCRIPTION
- Identify potential customers through databases, cold calling, follow up leads and telephone or personal contacts etc.
- Explain to applicants the types and terms of loan to determine a loan that is suitable for their specific needs.
- Contact potential customers and convince them about the product.
- Track and maintain credit and loan information.
- Achieve various individual business targets.
- To build and preserve trusting relationships with the customers.
- 3 to 4 years of UAE experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Fluency in English.
- Proven ability to build or sustain relationships with customers.
- Results focused.
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- Direct sales(personal loan and credit cards): 3 years (Preferred)
- English (Preferred)
