Senior Relationship Manager
Job Description
We are seeking motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Agents to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales department, you will represent our portfolio of premium properties, guide clients through the buying process, and help them make informed investment decisions.
Responsibilities
Promote and sell residential and commercial properties directly from the developer
Conduct property tours, presentations, and client meetings
Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, investors, and brokers
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and competitor offerings
Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and sales tools
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of real estate sales experience (Dubai market preferred
Developer
) Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Fluent in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Mandarin) are a plus Presentable, professional, and client-focused Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales tracking tools Must be based in Dubai .What We Offer
