Job Description

Job Purpose The purpose of this job is to help fill vacancies for all departments in Rewaa in a timely manner by understanding the job description for each role and communicating with the concerned department. Key Accountabilities
  • Coordinate with departments' managers and Human Resources Organizational Development team to develop a job description (JD) for each role.
  • Coordinate with OD team and Departments' managers to modify all JDs as needed and maintain up-to-date JDs.
  • Source candidates for the desired position through job-posting, hunting, referral or any other adequate method.
  • Communicate with the candidates to screen them.
  • Schedule the qualified candidates for an interview with the concerned department.
  • Assist the interviewer in the interview process by attending the interview, evaluating the candidate, ensuring the interview process follows Rewaa's guidelines.
  • Prepare job offers ensuring that the compensation and benefits follow HR policies and are within budget.
  • Welcome new hires and initiate and manage the onboarding process.
  • Source and screen candidates ahead of time for critical positions and positions with turnover to ensure just-in-time hiring.
  • Source and screen candidates ahead of time as per the manpower planning for each department to ensure just-in-time hiring.
  • Prepare recruitment reports as per the set KPIs and metrics.
  • Adhere to labor laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
  • File candidates' records in Rewaa's files and in the recruitment software.
  • Assist the Sr. HR Manager in setting, reviewing, and evaluating recruitment policies and procedures
  • Establish and maintain relationships with recruiting agencies to support Rewaa with recruitment needs.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Saudi Nationality.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or any other related field.
  • Two to four years of experience in recruitment and preferably in a field like Rewaa's.
Competencies
  • High proficiency in English and Arabic, speaking and writing.
  • High communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Excellent time/tasks management.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office professionally.
  • Ability to use recruitment platforms and software such as Linkedin, Bayt, Recruitee, etc.
