We are seeking highly motivated Recruitment Consultants with Oil & Gas experience to join our dynamic team. The successful candidates will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and providing qualified CVs for technical positions. We would welcome candidates with an in-depth knowledge of the technical staffing landscape, having previously worked for a Staffing / Recruitment Agency.


This is a vital role for a professional recruiter who wishes to develop their career The primary responsibilities will involve account managing the Client, conducting comprehensive research to identify potential candidates, gathering market intelligence, and maintaining candidate pipelines. He/She will be reporting to Head of Operations/Delivery Manager. Key Deliverables o Achieve individual targets agreed upon. o Act as primary point of contact for the Client; maintain satisfaction levels and building strong relationship with Client to identify additional business opportunities. o Source Candidates through available channels by conducting meeting, interview and reference checks. o Evaluate candidates' interest, qualifications, and suitability for specific roles. o Shortlist accurate CVs and conduct preliminary interviews. o Advertise jobs through portal and social media, such as linked in, WhatsApp and Facebook. o Understand the role and identify sourcing methods. o Meet potential candidates and build talent pool. o Follow up with the Client/Account Manager on shortlisted candidates and ensure feedback is received. o Build and maintain excellent relationship with Candidates on regular basis. o Prepare regular reports on sourcing activities and candidate pipelines. o Negotiate pay and salary rates and assist Client in On-boarding and mobilization where necessary. o Be part of any Client meeting where required to understand the position as requested by Account Manager. o Responsible for saving all the sourced candidates CVs and documents in organized manner which needs to be presented when requested.
