You will drive the full recruitment cycle end-to-end, partner with senior leadership on headcount and priorities, and ensure a smooth, professional candidate experience. The focus is on commercial and business functions in a high-end, fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
5-7 years of recruitment experience
Experience of real estate and/or luxury development
Strong stakeholder management and poised, confident communication
Proven end-to-end hiring across commercial/business roles
Proficiency with ATS tools and structured interview methods
Based in Dubai
