About the Role
We're seeking
experienced Real Estate Brokers
with proven expertise in
secondary market sales

Key Responsibilities
List and manage
ready/secondary properties
across prime Dubai communities.
Generate new listings through connections, referrals, and outbound prospecting.
Handle buyer inquiries, conduct viewings, negotiate offers, and close deals.
Maintain accurate documentation of listings, deals, and contracts using the company CRM.
Keep clients informed on market pricing, ROI potential, legal aspects, and closing timelines.
Coordinate with mortgage consultants, conveyancers, and admin for seamless transactions.
Build long-term relationships with investors, landlords, and homeowners.
Who We're Looking For
Minimum 2 years of experience in Dubai real estate
, with solid understanding of the
secondary market
.
An active database of buyers and sellers is a major plus.
UAE Driving License & own car.
Strong negotiation, objection handling, and client management skills.
Fluent in English; multilingual brokers (Russian, Arabic, French, Urdu/Hindi) preferred.
Familiarity with CRM tools and Dubai real estate portals (Property Finder, Bayut, DXBinteract).
Must be
self-driven, hungry to close, and not reliant on fixed salaries
