Responsibilities
Generate and manage leads via networking, referrals, systems, and platforms.
Consult with clients to identify goals and budgets; match them with suitable properties.
Conduct property showings and virtual tours.
Handle offers, negotiations, and sealing deals.
Prepare and validate legal documentation and contracts.
Generate revenue
Provide exceptional client service and cultivate long-term relationships.
Qualifications
1-3 years of real estate sales experience in Dubai/UAE, ideally including off-plan or luxury projects.
Valid RERA/Broker license and relevant training.
Strong negotiation, communication, market knowledge.
Fluent in English.
