One of the world\xe2\x80\x99s most highly admired Construction & Development Company\xe2\x80\x99s has recently acquired Data Centre development business with the intention to grow its operations across the Middle East and Europe. As a result of this exponential growth, they urgently require an experienced Real Estate Lawyer with a specific focus on Property Technology Law and Data Centre Development. You will lead on the land acquisition and end-to-end development of these data centres.

The Role
As lead counsel you will provide legal support for senior management and be solely responsible for data center design, construction, procurement, and real estate operations globally. You will draft and negotiate a variety of commercial and Real Estate Agreements relating to Infrastructure as a Service, Global Services and land acquisition. This role has a range of very innovative projects where you\xe2\x80\x99ll be required to draft bespoke real estate contracts customized to meet specific business needs, such as working on tight budgets and sustainability. As part of this role you will have a very impressive legal team and outside counsel to help assist on Real Estate matters for UAE and GCC regional laws, regulations, and contract requirements in multiple EU countries.

The Candidate
This opportunity is perfectly created for a Senior Real Estate Associate on Partnership track at a US or UK law firm who is keen to make an in-house career move. Candidates must have first class Real Estate and Development legal training gained from international law firm. The ideal candidate will have specific \xe2\x80\x9cProp Tech\xe2\x80\x9d experience and evidence of working on Data Centre Developments.
