We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and motivated Real Estate Agent to join our growing sales team in Dubai.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum of two (2) years Dubai Real Estate Experience

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree

Excellent communication skills, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Familiarity with real estate laws and regulations in Dubai

Knowledge of the local real estate market and current trends

Ability to work independently and as part of the team

Strong networking and marketing skills to find potential clients

Excellent communication skills in ENGLISH is a must (additional advantage if you are Bilingual)

Presentable

Valid Driving License and own car (preferable)

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Actively seek out new clients through networking and marketing efforts

Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing properties

Prepare and present comparative market analysis reports to clients

Guide clients through the negotiation process

Attend property closings and oversee document signing

Maintain and update listings of available properties

Participate in active marketing initiatives and industry events

Interview clients to determine their precise wants, needs, budgets and geographic limitations.

Coordinate property viewings

Prepare and proofread real estate documents, from leases to closing contracts

Organize and oversee open houses

Advise clients about mortgage options and help to expedite the purchase process
