AtkinsRealis are currently looking for experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team to work on newly awarded projects across varying sectors and various locations within UAE. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing team on high profile projects within in UAE.

Your role

-------------

Administrative tasks: maintaining the organization charts, coordinating recruitment activities, organizing Crew meetings and Team events, maintain and update employee registers, schedule meetings, drafting memos/communications, greet and assist visitors/new employees warmly, etc, Project coordination tasks: prepare department weekly/monthly reports, develop and update Policy/Plans/Procedures/Forms/Process Maps, prepare presentations, analyze data and prepare associated reports, take minutes of meetings and monitor tasks progress as well as projects' progress, etc. The candidate shall handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.

About you

Bachelor's degree in related field. A minimum of 4 years' experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role. Very good verbal and written communication skills in English. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic. Good command of Excel Proficient with Powerpoint.
