Job Description
Mandatory Requirements:
Total Experience: Minimum of 15+ years in Quantity Surveying or related fields.
UAE Experience: At least 6+ years of experience specifically within Engineering Consultancy firms.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
Professional accreditation (e.g., RICS, CIOB, or equivalent) preferred.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
Proven track record of managing large-scale engineering consultancy projects.
