Job Description
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in quantity surveying for large projects.
Strong knowledge of UAE construction laws and standards.
Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
Proficiency in QS software (e.g., COSTX, WinQS) and MS Office Suite.
Leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
