dbthrt Are you a Senior Quantity Surveyor currently based in the Gulf working for a Fit Out or New Build Main Contractor. We are seeking someone with a track record in the Gulf handling 100 Million AED value projects ? This person must be strong communicator and understand how to protect the project and make money on site.

Senior Quantity Based in DXB ? We have an opening for a Leading Interior Fit Out & Joinery Business. Do you have a track record on high end hospitality , commercial and residential in the Gulf? You will be joining one of the most reputable and established Main Contractors in the UAE and the World ! Reporting into the Country Commercial Manager you will be able to take full commercial responsibility for a project as No1 commercial lead.
This business has just received 3 New awards totaling 190 Million AED so this is an urgent hire to start before July 2023.

- Cost Reports
- Sub Contract management
- Take Offs
- Tender Analysis
- Managing forecasts & cash flow
- Bills of Quants
- Contractual correspondence with the client
- Working side by side with the Project Manager to maximize % margin and profit on site be that variations or change to the contract
Key Skills, Qualifications and Experience
- FIDIC Contract Experience Desired
- Degree Quantity Surveying ? Western Educated
- MRICS
- Have good understanding of construction methodologies
- Have excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills
- COINS Experience
- Computer literate with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Packages, including Microsoft Excel.
- Must be currently based in the UAE and able to attend face to face interviews
