A reputable contracting company in Dubai is seeking an
experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor / Estimator
to join our team. We are looking for a professional with a

, and solid experience in UAE contracting and tendering.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare accurate cost estimates and BOQs for construction projects
Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents for pricing
Prepare complete tender submissions
, including pricing, documentation, and technical requirements
Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations
Conduct cost analysis, budgeting, and value engineering
Evaluate variations, prepare claims, and support project teams during execution
Ensure all tender and estimation work is completed within required deadlines
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field
Minimum 3 years UAE experience
as Estimator/QS in a contracting company
Strong background in
tender project preparation
Solid understanding of construction materials, methods, and market rates
Strong personality
with excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to
work under pressure
and deliver on tight schedules
Age under 40
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and relevant estimation software
