Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed cost estimates and bills of quantities (BOQs)
Float tenders, respond to queries, and conduct tender analysis
Draft and manage contract documentation
Review construction plans and perform quantity take-offs using AutoCAD / PlanSwift
Support project teams in variation claims and post-contract cost control
Liaise with site managers, procurement teams, and subcontractors
Prepare running bills, completion statements, and financial reports
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in quantity surveying and estimation
Strong command of FIDIC contracts and cost control methodologies
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and estimation software
Excellent negotiation, analytical, and reporting skills

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
