We are looking for an experienced

Quantity Surveyor

to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all cost estimation, budgeting, and contractual aspects of construction projects, ensuring cost efficiency and compliance with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities (BOQ) for construction projects. Evaluate and analyze tender documents, drawings, and specifications. Prepare and review subcontractor inquiries, quotations, and comparisons. Manage project cost control, variations, and progress payments. Conduct site visits and assessments to verify completed works and valuations. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project teams to ensure alignment on financial and contractual matters. Prepare reports on project costs, risks, and forecasts. Ensure compliance with company policies, contract terms, and local regulations.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a

Quantity Surveyor

, with at least

5+ years in a construction company

. Strong knowledge of cost estimation, tendering, and contract management. Proficient in MS Office and Quantity Surveying software (e.g., AutoCAD, CostX, or similar). Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred:

Experience in both

pre-contract

and

post-contract

stages. Knowledge of UAE construction standards and authority procedures.
