Position Summary:

Reporting directly to the Group Corporate Quality & Sustainability Director, the Senior QC Manager leads the quality control governance across all projects under development and construction. The role ensures real-time visibility of project quality performance, enforces construction quality standards, drives rectification of deficiencies, and introduces structured project quality assessment methodologies inspired by CONQUAS or equivalent industry benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain uniform project-specific Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) across all construction sites. Manage QC site teams, discipline inspectors, and QC engineers across multiple projects. Monitor and report Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), driving root cause analysis and swift closure. Coordinate third-party testing, witnessing, material acceptance, and site quality verifications. Introduce and lead a Project Quality Assessment Framework modeled on CONQUAS (Construction Quality Assessment System), adapted for internal performance evaluations. Set up periodic structured inspections using CONQUAS-style scorecards covering workmanship, finishes, systems installation, and overall build quality. Generate Project Quality Scores, dashboard reporting, and progressive quality trend analytics for management review. Train project QC teams on quality benchmarks, scoring methodology, defect categorization, and best practices in construction quality assurance. Coordinate with Senior QA Manager to integrate field feedback into systemic process improvements. Lead final inspections, snagging supervision, and handover quality certification. Collaborate with CRM for unit readiness verifications prior to customer handovers.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory). Minimum 15 years of construction site QA/QC experience, including 5+ years in senior corporate QC leadership roles. ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor Certification (mandatory). Demonstrated experience in applying structured project quality assessment systems (e.g., CONQUAS, QLASSIC, BCA standards, etc.). Strong knowledge of construction standards (ACI, ASTM, BS EN codes) and Dubai municipal regulations.
