Role Overview:

The Senior QA/QC Engineer will oversee and ensure compliance with quality standards throughout project execution and handover. This role requires strong technical expertise in MEP systems, contract compliance, authority regulations, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure project execution and handover align with design drawings, specifications, contracts, QA/QC plans, HSE plans, and authority requirements. Review and approve engineering submissions including shop drawings, material/technical submittals, and method statements. Oversee inspections and testing: work, materials, factory, third-party, and other relevant tests. Review and respond to RFIs and CVIs. Monitor project schedules (baseline, construction, and look-ahead programs). Lead weekly progress and technical review meetings, prepare and circulate minutes of meetings (MOMs). Coordinate with stakeholders including clients, consultants, contractors, authorities, subcontractors, and suppliers for smooth project execution and handover. Track non-conformities, issue site observation notices, and follow up on corrective actions until compliance is achieved.
