Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and compile MEP closeout documents including: Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manuals As-built drawings Test reports (e.g., T&C reports for HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing) Material approvals and compliance certificates Warranty and guarantee certificates Authority approvals (e.g., DEWA, ADDC, Civil Defence) Commissioning reports and third-party certifications Coordinate with MEP site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to collect and validate quality records and documents. Review MEP QA/QC documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with specifications and client/consultant requirements. Maintain a document tracker to monitor document status, submission timelines, and consultant/client feedback. Liaise with Document Control for proper filing, labeling, and archiving of QA/QC records. Support the MEP team during final inspections, testing & commissioning, and snag list clearance. Ensure adherence to ISO 9001 quality standards and internal QA/QC procedures. Provide support during internal and external audits regarding closeout documentation.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. 5-10 years of MEP QA/QC experience in UAE construction projects, with at least 2 years focused on project closeout. Strong knowledge of local authority standards (DEWA, ADDC, DM, Civil Defence, etc.). Excellent attention to detail and documentation control. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD (for markup of as-builts), and document control platforms (e.g., Aconex, Procore). Strong coordination and communication skills with consultants, clients, and subcontractors. Ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
